"People of Corn, People of Light"

We are reading the chapter “People of Corn, People of Light.” Robin Kimmerer says, "Stories are among our most potent tools for restoring the land as well as our relationship to land." Please read and then try to remember any stories - these could be family stories, personal stories, childhood stories, fairy tales, etc. - that help you to become "people of corn." If "writing is an act of reciprocity with the living land," how do we use stories to aid in that process…?
